Who would have thought I'd go to the dentist, go to work and come home w/a BRAND NEW PUPPY??!!

Mona ''Monie'' Love is a German Shorthaired Pointer and Black labrador.

I was straightening up my outside sale table and my friend Laura who owns Harbaugh's Cafe came up and said, ''I want to show you something. Don't say anything, don't give me an answer. Just look.''

She showed me a photo of the most darling little pooper puppy, all black w/smart little eyes and a cute little nose.

Her friend had 3 more female puppies left, 2 black, one chocolate.

I called Kevin. "Did she show you that picture after I told her not to?'' He had run into her at the photo place. We agreed to talk about it that night .

I kept the picture and was looking at in all day. pros and cons, pros and cons...

laura called me back saying she' d bring the pups to st louis and forget it, she didn't want to pressure me.

OMG!

So we took the afternoon off, went to see the pups, ALMOST TOOK TWO! and realized that was nuts.

the chocolate one was too mischievous and poop eating, the other black one was too aggressive, taunty and we were worried about lucy and muffin getting along.

Lucy already snapped at her and made monie run away and squeal like a little piggy.
